Is Google Killing SEO by making SERPs dynamic ? Will this continue to happen?

Google-Serps
I did a comprehensive study on Google updating and changing serps on a continual basis and I want to know why this all is happening? I.e. why is Google investing so much time and efforts in so called Pandas / Penguins etc … cute animals but very viciously exploited by Google. At least in Internet world if someone listens these cute names his heart sinks down to earth as if he lost millions of $$ in share market.

What is Google's objective behind doing all this? Is he targeting results only @ layman and killing SEO

Basically Question is “What’s Google Objective? To help users or to help himself ? “

*kindly note all the review and opinion listed out in this article is my personal , I am neither offending anyone nor this article is against any company , it’s just I felt the need to express myself so am doing it.
Well working as a Internet Marketing Manager for some time now, You can well understand my job , I keep on fighting with SERPS , banging my head in with each and every technical ranking factor and working and working and working … to improve it. Lately due to some or the other reason when I went through latest Google Link Spamming guidelines , I remembered one of my friend working in Google once told me “Google’s Major Income comes from Adwords …n our job is to sell it” .
Anyways let’s bifurcate their guidelines first.

New additions:
  • Buying or selling links that pass PageRank. This includes exchanging money for links, or posts that contain links; exchanging goods or services for links; or sending someone a “free” product in exchange for them writing about it and including a link.
  • Advertorials or native advertising where payment is received for articles that include links that pass PageRank
( Basically it means someone offers you a product in exchange for a review , personally I don’t think this is spamming & don’t know how Google will identify it but he means something similar , If you are advertising then don’t pass Page rank)

  • Links with optimized anchor text in articles or press releases distributed on other sites.
  • Large-scale article marketing or guest posting campaigns with keyword-rich anchor text links.
( i.e. article marketing, Press release and guest posting is under Google checklist now , till now it was considered as the effective way of link building but now a high scale authentic article with a long tail keyword (with or without targeted anchor keyword) will be passed as authentic I suppose)

  • (old one) Widely distributed links in the footers of various sites.
(many ranking websites are still using this but it’s now considered as link spam , If you have placed many links on your partner websites they might hurt you. )

(It means forum and blog commenting is dead if you have no content and use of forum don’t use it just for link building it won’t help you)

Now have a look at this imperative suggestion:

  • Note that PPC (pay-per-click) advertising links that don’t pass PageRank to the buyer of the ad do not violate our guidelines.
(I don’t think this needs any further comments, they can be promoting Internets largest PPC advertising network i.e. indirectly Adwords )

Well for details of these new POP UPS in Google Guidelines you can also view this post of Search Engine Land

OK now let’s do some mathematics and see if we can conclude upon something ,accordingly we will strategize our new marketing theory:

I have made a chart of Google Yearly revenues and its growth rate from 2001 listed:

***

Google Yearly Revenue Chart

Google Yearly Revenue Chart
Source http://investor.google.com/financial/tables.html
* 2013 is calculated tetatively using formula (Q1+Q2)*2 basically summing of 2 quarters and doubling it

* 2012 and 2013 data is Unaudited as per the website

Well according to the above chart Google revenues are constantly increasing per yr and it recorded revenue of $42.5 billion in 2012 but now look at the chart below :

A better look on growth rate will show you a constant declination and YR 2009 recorded all time low of 9% , and as we all know google starting working on major algorithm change in 2009 and Subsequently rolling updates from 2010 causing turmoils in SERPS , he finally hit hard in FEB 2011 with PANDA update

“The best way to get other sites to create high-quality, relevant links to yours is to create unique, relevant content that can naturally gain popularity in the Internet community. Creating good content pays off: Links are usually editorial votes given by choice, and the more useful content you have, the greater the chances someone else will find that content valuable to their readers and link to it.”

So basically create a high quality content and sit back ( I think sharing on social media is still permissible by Google ) so create, share and relax or use “ADWORDS”

Well I leave the commenting part for you “After all Google is also a company even if they are yelling “ETHICAL” they have all the rights to grow and earn so if you have to say anything like

“Google has full right to kill Seo … After all SEO was his own baby”

be my guest and comment 😉
